The EMX MRO Account Executive drives new business growth by helping organizations modernize and streamline their Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) processes. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies within manufacturing facilities management and assetintensive industries then positioning EMXs software as the solution that improves inventory accuracy enhances maintenance planning and reduces downtime. Success requires a consultative sales approach strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear compelling software value.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from license sales service sales and maintenance services
- Work within an assigned multi-state territory of mid-market companies ($150M - $2B)
- Steer the execution of the sales cycle
- Identify and manage various indirect sales channels
- Sell directly to executive-level decision-makers
- Utilize business partners to supplement offerings and provide implementation services

Qualifications :
- 5 years of relevant outside enterprise software sales and new business development experience based on complex software sales MRO software is preferred
- Experience with a long complex sales process and have a history of closing high-dollar transactions with C-level prospects
- 5 years experience selling of software
- Ability to handle multiple buying influences and sell licenses and services together
- Ability to work in a team environment with solution experts
- Ability to communicate with and effectively persuade C-level decision makers and quickly articulate IFS value proposition
- Ability to carry a quota and a proven record of consistent quota achievement
- Strong understanding of ERP technology
- Selling directly selling through channels and working closely with influencers
- Bachelors Degree in Business related field
- Travel 50-60%
