Position Overview
The Remote Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support it requires strong project coordination operational awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
The ideal candidate is resourceful tech-savvy and comfortable working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Screen and manage email communications
- Prepare reports presentations and internal documentation
- Coordinate projects and track deadlines across departments
- Organize digital files and maintain internal systems
- Conduct research and compile data for business decisions
- Assist with vendor communication and relationship management
- Support operational initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- 1 years experience as an Executive Assistant Operations Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana Trello ClickUp etc.) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership or founders
- Background in operations business administration or project coordination
- Process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems
