Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage nurture and expand relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer success.
This role focuses on strengthening existing partnerships identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives to maximize client value and business outcomes.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience working at large system integrators (e.g. TCS Infosys Tech Mahindra) supporting healthcare domain clients will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts and stakeholders
Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients and internal teams
Build deep understanding of customer needs objectives and challenges
Identify opportunities to expand services solutions and engagement scope
Proactively propose solutions aligned with client business goals
Drive account growth through strategic planning and relationship management
Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Monitor account performance risks and client satisfaction
Collaborate with delivery operations and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Business Administration or related field
15 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing accounts within the Healthcare domain
Background working with large system integrators
Experience in IT services / consulting / staffing environments
