We Are Looking For

The Account Manager serves as the link between FDH Electronics and the specific accounts (customers) theyve been assigned to handle. They listen carefully to a clients needs and figure out ways to achieve these objectives. The Account managers responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

What Youll Do

As an Account Manager youll be responsible for:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email phone online presentations screen-share and in-person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Enhance department and organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customers usage of our product
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Quoting and Selling the entire product line to customers
  • Loading of new part numbers into the system
  • RMA and Order Entry
  • Monitor various reports including but not limited to sales flash open orders hold report customer forecast report and overall portal management
  • Act as the lead on customer calls and meetings along with the BDM
  • Responsible for monitoring and improving the customer score card

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in sales communications or related experience
  • Ability to collect track and analyze large amounts of data
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Language Requirements

  • French: Required for internal communication and interaction with Québec-based clients
  • English: Required due to regular communication with clients suppliers and partners outside Québec

Working Conditions

  • Job Type: Full-time permanent
  • Location: Québec (on-site / hybrid / remote as applicable)
  • Schedule: Daytime business hours
