Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Zinade Tech Corp is seeking a highly fluent English-speaking Account Executive to support and grow our North American client portfolio.

This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while building strong relationships with U.S. and Canadian clients. The ideal candidate understands North American business culture communicates confidently in professional English and thrives in a performance-driven sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Manage full-cycle B2B sales for North American accounts

  • Conduct discovery calls virtual demos and proposal presentations in English

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Maintain a strong outbound and inbound pipeline

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Understand client needs and position tailored solutions

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing Customer Success and Leadership teams

  • Provide market feedback to refine messaging and positioning

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff after closing

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)

  • Provide weekly forecasting and pipeline reports



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 37 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS technology digital services preferred)

  • Advanced / near-native English proficiency (C1C2 level required)

  • Experience selling to U.S. or Canadian markets

  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology

  • Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in remote international teams

  • Familiarity with North American business etiquette and sales cycles

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive etc.)

  • Background in tech software or digital transformation services
