Location: Box Hill Office
Employment Type: Part-time with flexible hours
Days / Hours: Flexible across 3 4 or 5 days per week totaling 20 hours per week

This is more than an administrative role its about creating an environment where collaboration and productivity flourish. Youll manage day-to-day operations coordinate office logistics support events and be the friendly face that connects teams. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and happily our people work together; where they succeed so do we!

What Youll Do

  • Purchase restock and organize daily lunch and kitchen supplies for office staff
  • Manage office stationery supplies including ordering restocking and monitoring usage
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure kitchen stationery areas and common spaces are well maintained
  • Manage supplier orders and support cost-effective purchasing practices
  • Coordinate catering for office meetings events and staff functions
  • Liaise with external catering providers and vendors
  • Ensure events are set up smoothly and run efficiently from a logistics perspective
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required
  • Maintain a tidy well-organized and welcoming office environment
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks to support staff and management

What You Bring

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Friendly approachable and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating purchases and working with suppliers
  • Previous experience in office support administration or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
