In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide L3 support to Emerson Enterprise customers for applications and services such as Microsoft Teams Teams Premium Teams Telephony and Teams Audio Conferencing.
• Support SharePoint Server Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Possess knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange 2016/19.
• Stay updated on new M365 features including Viva Engage MS Loop Copilot and Viva connections.
• Handle collaboration tools such as Cisco WebEx WebEx App and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage Microsoft M365 cloud-hosted mailboxes.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance and operational support for the Unified Communications environment hosted in the cloud and on-premises.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or related courses.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling and supporting M365 collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Teams Premium Teams Telephony and Teams Audio Conferencing.
• Ability to help users adopt new features of M365 applications.
• Experience with M365 features such as Viva Engage MS Loop Copilot and Viva connections.
