Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of our infrastructure and DevOps frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust sec
- This role requires demonstratable experience in building secure scalable and automated environments with a strong focus on HashiCorp products like Vault Terraform Ansible Jenkins open-source operating systems (RHEL) and bash scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement DevOps frameworks for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
- Configure and manage HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and secure credential handling.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins integrating automated testing and deployment.
- Automate system configuration and provisioning using Ansible and custom Bash scripts.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement robust access control mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing DevOps frameworks in infrastructure environments.
- Strong proficiency in:
- HashiCorp Vault (deployment configuration policies integrations)
- Terraform (modules state management multi-environment setups)
- Jenkins (pipeline scripting plugins integrations)
- Ansible (playbooks roles automation strategies)
- Bash scripting (automation system administration tasks)
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration (Red Hat) and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD principles version control (Git) and artifact management.
- Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure automation.
- Certification in key technologies would be ideal (RHEL HashiCorp)
