Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines servicing and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $90000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: 50% commission on new and renewal business
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for a generalist book of business including contractors construction and manufacturers
- Handle accounts ranging from $80000 to $300000 in premium
- Manage all aspects of client servicing including quoting new and renewal business policy changes and addressing client inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers such as AmWINS Cincinnati The Hanover Andover Arbella and Chubb
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines servicing
- Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with AMS 360 software is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite for training and onboarding (approximately one month) and reside within an hours commute of the office (CT MA RI)
