A $750.00 sign on bonus is being offered to eligible new employees hired in our PCA positions.
Responsible for the day-to-day care of residents which includes ADLS IADLS light housekeeping and assisting residents with medications.

Essential Functions
-Provide leadership to PCAs and provides department orientation to newly hired PCAs.
-Assist Personal Care Director with shift schedules and bi-weekly payroll.
-Prepare a daily work assignment for each PCA in the absence of a supervisor and communicate pertinent information relating to resident care.
-Utilize chart-to-chart reports to communicate routine reporting to the PCA who is coming on duty.
-Assist with the new resident admission process. <
-Ability to follow facility admission procedures and communicate resident admission to responsible party.
-Maintains effective working relationships and open communication with residents family and physicians.
-Addresses concerns regarding care and initiate corrective action if indicated.
