As an OR RN youll spearhead sterile processing patient positioning and instrument readiness; assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during a broad range of procedures; manage intraoperative documentation; and uphold rigorous safety and infection prevention protocols. Youll coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to minimize delays optimize room turnover and ensure accurate counts and specimen labeling.
