Were looking for an Account Manager to lead growth in our Machinery Health Management (MHM) portfolio. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology customer success and building strong relationships in the industrial automation space. - Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of Emersons Machinery Health Management (MHM) solutions across South East Australia by managing accounts following up on leads and building a strong opportunities pipeline in CRM.
- Be the Expert: Serve as a trusted technology advisor providing customers and internal teams with guidance on application implementation and maintenance of reliability solutions.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate on customer-focused sales strategies ensuring competitive pricing and margin management for MHM products and services.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Stay Ahead: Keep all stakeholders informed on account status market trends development programs and project pursuits.
- Promote Innovation: Support marketing initiatives such as seminars roadshows training programs and new product launches to showcase Emersons cutting-edge solutions.
You are a proactive results-driven professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering technical solutions that make a real impact. Youre comfortable navigating complex challenges influencing stakeholders and working independently while collaborating with a global team. Your ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen sets you apart.
Trade Certificate (Electrical/Mechanical) or tertiary qualification.
Strong technical experience in Condition-Based Maintenance (CbM) and reliability practices.
Proven experience in sales and marketing including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Ability to travel primarily across VIC NSW SA TAS and throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
