Were looking for adriven enthusiastic and experienced General Managerto lead our new team and help bring Freddys to life in Okotoks!
Position:General Manager
Location:Okotoks AB
Wage:$54080 - $70200 Annually depending on hours worked
Extras:Semi-Annual Bonuses & Group Benefits Package
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellence in guest service
Hire train and develop a strong motivated team
Manage inventory scheduling and food safety standards
Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards
Foster a positive high-energy work environment
Drive profitability while maintaining the Freddys brand promise
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role (restaurant/food service preferred)
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
A passion for hospitality and team development
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
