Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week

Job Summary
This position will oversee Quality assurance and related compliance activities through auditing for the Pharmacy department. This position would be responsible to maintaining and updating inventory of relevant legislation Professional college bylaws UHN Pharmacy quality indicators and other quality initiatives as necessary. This position would also manage and supervise the collection of audits to generate reports for use in quality and strategy development.
Qualifications :
- Requires Pharm D or BScPhm with Masters degree
- Requires over 3 years of practical and related experience in Hospital Pharmacy
- Requires experience in leading Quality initiatives
- Previous compliance/Quality experience would be an asset
- Previous managerial experience would be an asset
