Job Overview:
The HRBP - Commercial acts as a strategic architect of human capital for the Commercial and Technology divisions. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between corporate HR initiatives and frontline business operations. By serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership the HRBP - Commercial ensures that people strategies are not only aligned with commercial goals but also drive measurable improvements in productivity organizational health and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain influential partnerships with senior line managers and employees to ensure HR strategies are fully integrated into the commercial business units.
- Translate business objectives into HR solutions by partnering with senior stakeholders to implement tailored programs that support long-term strategy and growth.
- Drive organizational development (OD) initiatives facilitating the design and implementation of programs that enhance organizational structure and operational efficiency.
- Lead the deployment of annual HR projects taking full ownership of project management from initial design and administration to final execution.
- Serve as a consultant on performance management providing line managers with data-backed recommendations to address performance issues and optimize people drivers.
- Synthesize complex data from multiple systems to provide high-level analysis on manpower planning internal equity and commercial/store performance trends.
- Centralize the annual HR Budget Planning process overseeing the allocation of resources staff productivity analysis and performance administrative tasks.
- Collaborate across internal and external HR teams to produce strategic reports and data insights that empower managers to implement HR initiatives successfully.
- Manage complex organizational issues by exercising sound judgment and proactively introducing alternative perspectives to solve business challenges.
- Champion team-building and change management ensuring that HR initiatives foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the commercial sector.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an HRBP role with a strong emphasis on the Technology and Commercial sectors.
- Analytical Excellence: Highly skilled in data analysis and interpretation with the ability to turn raw data into strategic workforce insights.
- Business Acumen: Possesses a deep understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to align HR functions with business profitability.
- Integrity and Judgment: Proven ability to manage highly confidential data and exercise sound judgment when navigating complex organizational politics.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and competing priorities effectively from conception to completion.
- Influencing Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust and influencing leadership decisions.
- Proactive & Courageous: A self-starter who possesses the courage to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative perspectives to the business.
