Responsibilities:
- Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate as a subject matter expert to clients end users partners and internal stakeholders which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap regulatory and compliance matters technology and operational environment of clients including major operational risk issues.
- Drive client decision making through production of tailored presentations and client analysis
- Plan build and execute business plans to meet Visa Business Solution Thailands budget
- Ensure compliance with products brand and risk management standards
- Collect and organize market intelligence and client specific feedback from financial institutions / fintechs and businesses to contribute to the strategic global roadmap for prioritization.
- Effectively navigate problem solving opportunities which vary widely in nature.
- Engage with clients to gain feedback on new product offerings for continuous improvements
- Identify opportunities for client performance optimization of products and services
- Transition products and services once developed to core support and implementations teams to reach market scalability goals and define production support framework
- Leverage appropriate Visa assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation & integration experience to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders

Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years experience involving product management presales consulting and/or launching new products (with commercial segments)
- Experience in SME or Large Corporate focused roles enabling deep understanding of key business needs and requirements
- Skilled in designing comprehensive solutions that are relevant to the clients needs.
- A proven record of accomplishment of success with evidence of supporting high performance teams to deliver transformational change.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills that can effectively engage and influence closing an opportunity with market sales teams as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and create project teams with cross functional teams
- Keen attention to detail and organized and committed to execution and continuous product enhancement
- A proactive and collaborative problem-solver who can work independently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including senior executives.
- Understanding the evolving landscape of payments and FinTechs and the impact it has in financial services
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
