Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products
- Analyze cost structures and recommend competitive pricing
- Monitor incentive schemes and dealer commission structures
- Perform variance analysis (Plan vs. Actual) and identify performance gaps
- Conduct pricing simulations to evaluate campaign impact
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial performance tracking
- Prepare management dashboards reports and business presentations
- Ensure Return on Sales (RoS) aligns with business targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience in Financial Controlling FP&A Accounting or related fields
- Background in automotive multinational companies or financial services is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Good command of English with strong communication skills
