Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable functions

• Post invoices intoCDK

• Issue checks and manage Vendor Service Contract (VSC) reconciliations

• Process on demand checks and all check requests

• Filing all invoices and vendor check copies

• Receipt in checks ensuring accurate posting to the correct accounts and invoices

• Complete all end of year 1099s

• Maintain accounting schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Assist with miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

• PostA/P invoicesand ensure all schedules are reconciled

• Ordering office supplies

What Were Looking For:

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experienceis a PLUS

• Strong understanding ofbasic accounting functions

• CDKexperience highly desired

• Proficient withaccounting softwareand standard office tools

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Effective communicatorand a team player

• Motivated proactive and eager to learn
