Elevare Branding is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of dynamic brand events. This role plays a critical part in coordinating logistics managing event operations and ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning coordination and execution of corporate and promotional events
Manage event logistics including venue coordination vendor communication and scheduling
Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with brand strategy
Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations
Maintain organized documentation and event timelines
Qualifications :
