Scranton Powersports is a full-service powersports dealership serving riders and outdoor enthusiasts across the region. We carry a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs side-by-sides motorcycles and utility vehicles from leading brands including Polaris CFMOTO Indian Motorcycle and BRP.
Were growing and looking for motivated reliable and coachable Sales Associates. No prior powersports sales experience is required were happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and interest in the powersports industry.
What Youll Do
Welcome customers in the showroom and help them find the right unit for their needs
Assist customers by phone text and email with product questions and availability
Learn and follow Scranton Powersports sales process from greeting to delivery
Work leads from our website OEM partners and walk-in traffic
Present product features accessories and financing options
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
Keep customer information and deal notes accurate in the CRM
Coordinate with finance parts and service teams for smooth deliveries
Maintain a clean professional showroom and vehicle displays
Participate in ongoing product and sales training
What Were Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and people skills
Dependable punctual and professional
Comfortable working weekends and a retail schedule
Basic computer skills (email CRM texting)
Valid drivers license
Interest in powersports motorsports or outdoor recreation is a plus but not required
