Must be talented at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Must be highly self-motivated an excellent presenter and communicator and possess the ability to build a network of customer advocates. This position requires interaction with these customer types: Business owners Marketing Directors IT Directors Social Media Coordinators etc.. Qualifications include the following:
- Engage prospects in consultative sales process from early stage to close negotiating and closing new business for the company
- Prospect for new customers via phone email networking and presentations
- Interact extensively with prospects and customers
- Forecast future sales communicate strategy and resolve prospect questions and issues during sales process.
- Responsible for educating clients on the business benefits of Rocket Business Apps
- Prepare proposals and presentations for specific recommendations for programs services and products
- Responsible for generating revenue in assigned accounts by securing sales of add-on products deemed as strategic products and by creating and managing strategies to improve end user adoption and bill pay penetration
- Negotiate pricing on renewals products and services both internally and externally
- Maintain an expertise on Rocket Business Apps products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client while coordinating Rocket Business Apps resources required to service the clients and deliver products
