$10000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates with a 1 year commitment to the role.

• Tier 1a- Base Pay $13/hr.
• Tier 1a locations include: Bay Park Hospital Hickman Hospital Monroe Regional Hospital Flower Hospital and Toledo Hospital

When a patient has a severe respiratory condition in a ProMedica hospital a Registered Respiratory Therapist provides the care they need in a general clinical emergency and/or diagnostic care area.

You will help create a care plan evaluate goals and maintain communication with appropriate members of a patients health care team.

In this role you will help with clinical instruction of respiratory care nursing medical students and residents as needed. You will also help orient new staff and contribute to the growth of others to strengthen the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• A graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and obtain initial credentialing as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Must be licensed to render respiratory care services by the respective state(s) of practice
• 1 year experience working in critical care
• BLS ACLS PALS and NRP
• Must be flexible with last minute assignment changes
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care and other professional organizations
