Job Summary
Job Title: Radiation Therapy Technologist
Facility/Unit: Radiation Oncology
Shift: Days
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday Friday
Pay Rate: $31.52 $52.00/hr
Samaritan is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapy Technologist to join its dynamic healthcare this full-time role you will play a key part in improving patient outcomes by delivering high-quality radiation therapy services while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout treatment.
Responsibilities-
Perform a variety of Radiation Oncology therapy procedures

Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols

Serve as the first-line interface for patient imaging and therapy needs

Assist with departmental examinations and procedures as ordered by physicians

Deliver accurate and timely radiation treatments
-
Maintain proper documentation and equipment standards
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Provide compassionate patient-centered care
-
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of radiation safety and oncology procedures

Excellent communication and patient care skills
