  • 6-month Fixed Term Part Timerole located in Chelsea
  • Your shifts will be 66/51.5 fortnightly splits
  • You will assist in supporting our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach
  • Have experience within disability sector including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
  • Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
  • Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
  • A full VIC Drivers licence is required for this role
  • An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required for this role

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Qualification requirement
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
