Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Oracle Database Support Engineer / Oracle Applications Support Lead (Federal Project)

Location: Monterey CA Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Provide senior-level Oracle database and application support in a production federal environment
Deliver advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Oracle-based systems
Support Oracle software environments including installation configuration patching upgrades and maintenance
Ensure system performance optimization tuning and stability of Oracle databases
Perform database monitoring backup recovery and disaster recovery planning
Support maintenance renewals licensing compliance and OEM service coordination
Work closely with federal technical teams to ensure system availability and reliability
Provide technical documentation system architecture updates and operational procedures
Ensure all software and support services comply with OEM licensing and warranty requirements
Coordinate directly with Oracle (OEM) or authorized resellers for support and escalations
Support security compliance federal IT standards and configuration management best practices
Maintain system integrity in accordance with government operational standards
Provide technical evaluation input for system upgrades and enhancements
Ensure no use of remanufactured or non-authorized software components
Deliver support within strict SLA and performance requirements
Participate in technical reviews and provide expert recommendations
Ability to work within a structured federal acquisition and compliance framework
Experience supporting mission-critical systems in government or defense environments preferred
Strong expertise in Oracle database administration and enterprise system support
Ability to work onsite in Monterey CA
Must be eligible to work on U.S. Federal Government contracts
Active SAM registration and federal contracting experience preferred
