Job Summary

Shizen Energy India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in batteries industrial products and automotive institutional sales. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving revenue growth managing key accounts developing new business opportunities and leading sales initiatives in competitive markets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Drive institutional industrial and automotive battery sales across assigned territories.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs distributors and institutional clients.

  • Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring long-term customer relationships.

  • Lead negotiations pricing strategies and contract closures.

  • Work closely with marketing operations and technical teams to deliver customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback.

  • Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and performance analysis.

  • Participate in exhibitions industry events and client meetings.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Key Skills & Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in batteries industrial products or automotive institutional sales.

  • Strong network with industrial automotive and institutional customers.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to deliver measurable sales results independently.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics pricing and distribution channels.

  • Proficient in MS Excel CRM tools and reporting.

  • Willingness to travel as required for business development.
