Sr. Manager/ Head Talent Acquisition
Experience range: >16 years overall with at least approx.. 9 years in a team leading position Reporting to: HR Director with a dotted line reporting to the site leaders (VP Operations of the 3 sites) Positions reporting to the role:
Direct - all KGL TA Managers (once has learned all internal processes).
Indirect all KGL TA Team. Internal Stakeholders: all site leaders Heads of Departments & Hiring Managers at all sites Position base: Mumbai WHAT WILL A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER DO The HR Senior Manager will work to make the internal TA RPO more effective.
He/ she will work closely with our inhouse Talent Acquisition (TA) team to manage sourcing interviewing and onboarding processes.
To be successful in this role the candidate should preferably have a HR academic background and be a hands-on manager who is able to make quick & effective decisions and take on responsibility for mentoring the HR Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
This person will manage our recruitment for all sites to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our companys current and future needs. Also will be solely responsible for closing niche & senior positions. Should have the ability to catch onto HR MIS systems for recruitment KGL uses HR-One. Additionally this person will be responsible for maintaining error-free recruitment data dashboards and pull up the required recruitment reports to pick out trends etc. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
To design and oversee KGLs hiring as per different requirements and timelines for go-live dates.
Timely end to end onboarding of employees while ensuring each hire is within the MRF budget and is a correct fit with the companys culture.

Take sole ownership of end-to-end hiring & onboarding of senior niche profiles.

Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

Implement new sourcing methods.

Research and choose best job advertising & recruitment outsourcing options.

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recommend ways to improve our employer brand

Partner with the hiring managers to understand identify & expedite their current & future hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs and career events.

Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals colleges and other partners.

Update current and design new recruiting procedures.

Sourcing candidates from Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn or from personal network.

Keeping a systematic database of the candidates who attend the interviews/ test and of those who are finally shortlisted.

Offers to candidates & post-offer follow-up to sustain the interest of candidates; to ensure that the offered candidate joins.

Liaise with recruitment consultants for sourcing niche profiles as per the internal approvals received. REQUIREMENTS & SKILL SET
Excellent verbal & written communication as well as team management skills.
Strong people & Networking skills.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
Graduate (any stream) & preferably MBA in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
Exposure to RPO working will be preferred.
Proven work experience in a lead recruitment role preferred profiles worked upon: Software Auto eLearning and/ or publishing industries.
Hands-on experience with applicant & HR databases alongwith good excel skills.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews candidate screening and evaluation.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks and job portals (Naukri portal and LinkedIn).ss
