Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Credit Bureau Analyst experience with strong PL/SQL skills.
2 5 years of experience in credit bureau reporting or financial data analysis.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and relational database management (Oracle preferred).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with Metro 2 format and credit reporting regulations (FCRA).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
Exposure to regulatory audits and compliance reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Credit Bureau Reporting:
Prepare validate and submit monthly credit bureau files in compliance with FCRA and Metro 2 standards.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in credit reporting data.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Data Analysis & Database Management:
Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for data extraction transformation and validation.
Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Optimize database queries for performance and accuracy.
Accounting & Reconciliation:
Reconcile credit reporting data with general ledger and accounting records.
Ensure accurate financial representation of credit accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to credit reporting.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend automation or enhancements.
Document procedures and maintain compliance audit trails.
Salary Range- $110000-$130000 a year
