Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Systems Analyst/Programmer Specialist to support enterprise-wide systems AV infrastructure and digital media solutions. This role will focus on ensuring mission-critical services and optimizing collaboration workflows across the agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background particularly in AV systems and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain AV infrastructure and provide live-event support.
- Oversee video content management including transcoding and archival processes.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Create and manage Power Platform applications ensuring governance and compliance.
- Administer DocuSign workflows and integrations with enterprise systems.
