Job Summary
Job Description: Live Chat Specialist at Holy City Pediatric Therapy
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information on pediatric therapy services
- Answer inquiries regarding therapy programs schedules and pricing
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up sessions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Empathy and patience when dealing with parents and children
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pediatric therapy setting is a plus
