Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring bands and functions: create job briefs source candidates conduct screening coordinate interviews and close offers.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter boolean search and passive outreach for technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Manage the ATS lifecycle create requisitions update candidate status ensure data accuracy and deliver weekly hiring reports and funnel metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles evaluate candidates using structured scorecards and advise on market compensation and hiring timelines.
  • Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by standardising interview guides implementing feedback loops and running recruitment sprints for priority roles.
  • Represent the employer externally drive referral programs campus engagement and targeted sourcing campaigns to strengthen employer brand.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 06 month- 1 year experience in full-cycle recruiting with demonstrable hiring outcomes ideal for 2024-2025 batch.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques and hands-on experience managing an ATS and producing hiring metrics and reports.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles.
  • Skilled at candidate screening structured interviewing and offer management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
