About the Role

Best NanoTech is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter Semiconductor Talent Acquisition to join our rapidly growing talent acquisition team. You will work directly with Indias leading semiconductor companies startups and technology firms to identify screen and place top engineering talent across design fabrication VLSI packaging ATMP and supply chain roles. This is not a transactional recruitment role-its an opportunity to become a semiconductor industry expert while building a sustainable recruitment practice. You will manage the complete hiring lifecycle leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools and directly impact Indias semiconductor ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete hiring lifecycle: requirement intake sourcing screening shortlisting interview coordination offer negotiation and joining support
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional industry databases university networks and direct outreach
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles and emerging requirements
  • Screen candidates through phone/video interviews assessing both technical capability and cultural alignment
  • Ask insightful behavior-based questions to accurately evaluate candidate potential beyond resume credentials
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring clients; provide regular pipeline updates and market insights
  • Communicate candidate progress and feedback with clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate outcomes with professionalism and timeliness
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for targeted sourcing research and InMail outreach

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics Electrical Mechanical Computer Science or related discipline) - mandatory
  • Masters degree in Human Resources / HR Management - preferred
  • Minimum 2 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in technical or engineering domain recruitment.

Technical & Tool Competency

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional (sourcing research InMail Analytics)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new recruitment platforms and tools

Must Have

  • Ability to ask insightful behavior-based questions that reveal candidate potential motivation and fit
  • Proactive in developing semiconductor industry knowledge and staying current with recruitment trends and tools
  • Creative approach to sourcing challenges; resourceful in filling niche or difficult-to-fill roles
