About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Vancouver office. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture you will partner closely with business leaders to deliver people initiatives that support Micromines Software Solutions teams while aligning to Weirs broader global people strategy.

This role is critical to enabling the success of Weirs Software Solutions division across North and South America requiring someone who can operate confidently across both Micromine and Weir environmentsbringing strong HR business partnering capability cultural awareness and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to local business priorities and global objectives
• Champion health safety wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
• Support workforce planning hiring and talent development in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Deliver core people programs using data and employee insights to improve organisational effectiveness
• Coach and influence leaders to strengthen capability engagement and culture
• Provide high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle including visa and immigration processes

About You

Experience & Education

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in software technology or professional services environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and labour relations
• Proven ability to support business transformation and deliver outcomes
