Job Summary

About the Role
In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team
- Schedule prioritise and delegate tasks
- Conduct inspections identify and implement improvements
- Regular client interaction
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained
About You
You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety.
- Qualified Cert IV Horticulturalist
- At least 5 years experience in creating exceptional gardens
- Have led mentored and coached team members and apprentices to enhance their skills
- Experience with a wide range of garden maintenance tools and techniques
- Experience with planting and maintaining quality annual displays
- Strong commitment to safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Drivers license
