Maintenance Fitter $45$53/hr Day Shift Acacia Ridge

Opportunity: Hands-on role running and maintaining a continuous production line managing product flow troubleshooting mechanical issues and keeping downtime to a minimum while working closely with multiple operators.

Experience: Strong mechanical background in manufacturing confident fault-finding gearboxes chains and drive systems experienced on continuous production lines and comfortable guiding operators to keep production on track.

Transferable backgrounds considered: Roll forming steel manufacturing pipe & tube mills insulated panel lines food production beverage lines FMCG packaging plastic extrusion timber processing or other continuous line environments.

Pay & Hours: $42$53/hr depending on experience Monday to Friday 5:00am3:00pm with overtime to 45pm when required and occasional Saturdays.

Culture & Environment: Strong cultural base structured operation direct communication style team-focused environment with clear reporting and production accountability.
