Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead business development for Affordable Home Loans & LAP driving sourcing team productivity and market expansion at Malad. This role demands strong leadership market knowledge and experience in affordable housing finance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business sourcing for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the affordable segment.
Manage & mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners connectors builders and DSAs.
Monitor team performance pipeline movement login-to-sanction ratios and disbursement quality.
Ensure compliance with policies and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Conduct market research competitor analysis and explore new sourcing channels.
Coordinate closely with credit operations and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in Home Loans / LAP (affordable segment preferred).
Prior experience handling field sales teams is mandatory.
Strong local market knowledge of Malad & Western Mumbai region.
Excellent leadership communication and customer-handling skills.
