This is an exciting opportunity to join us in Waveney as we strengthen our integration with community health partners. Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapy Lead to take on a pivotal clinical leadership role within Adult Social Care.
In this role youll shape the future of occupational therapy practice across the Waveney locality. Youll champion best practice drive service development and lead a passionate team of occupational therapists (OTs) alongside our Team Managers - all while making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

The team
You will provide clinical and leadership support to Occupational Therapists across theWaveneyarea of Suffolk as the organisation transitions to a new operating model and locality-based alliances. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team who oversee operational delivery and will be part of the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.
