Part-Time Sales Assistant for HyundaiGenesis

We have an immediateopening for a Part-Time Sales Assistant position inNorth Aurora covering our Hyundai and Genesis stores. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization enjoy problem solving be comfortable with technology and possess an outstanding attendance record.

Essential Functions:

• Stock in new vehicles used car purchases dealer trades open repair orders check recalls etc.
• Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry scanning filing and various other office duties.
• Order receive and stock all supplies and refreshements.
• Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor key tracker system.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

This is a part-time position. The hours are typically Monday Wednesday Thursday Fridayfrom 4/5pm to 9pm and Saturday from 10am to 4/5pm.

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

Benefits:

• Pay range for this position:$15.00-$20.00(Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education)
