Position: Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive (Immediate Joining)

is a leading provider of staffing solutions in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive in Cochin Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and arrivals
- Handle ticketing reservations and booking inquiries for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures
- Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of flights
- Assist in the boarding process including checking boarding passes and directing passengers to their seats
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to undergo training as required by the company
