As a Ground Staff Ticket Executive Cabin Crew candidate you will be required to have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

Additionally having certificates in Abacus and Amadeus as well as a Certificate of Passenger Service will be necessary. Your role will involve handling both domestic and international ticketing with a focus on international flights.

Your outstanding sales and organizational skills will be put to use along with your ability to learn quickly and take initiative. Excellent communication and writing skills interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail will be crucial for providing high standards of customer service. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities along with motivation creativity and a proactive approach will be valued traits in this role. A passion for the travel industry is essential.

- Possessing a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using booking/reservation systems like Sabre Abacus and Amadeus - Holding certificates in Abacus Amadeus and Passenger Service - Handling domestic and international ticketing especially for international flights - Demonstrating outstanding sales and organizational skills - Being a quick learner and taking initiative - Exhibiting excellent communication and writing skills - Interacting effectively with individuals from diverse cultures - Providing high standards of customer service with great attention to detail - Utilizing problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Demonstrating motivation creativity and a proactive attitude towards work Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or 10th and 12th pass candidates preferably in the tourism industry - 1 to 5 years of experience or freshers are welcome - Fluent in English or Hindi - Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills Additional Company Details: Salary ranges from 18000 to 55000/- in Hand with free home pick-up and drop cabs. Possession of a passport is mandatory.
