Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing leads coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The role focuses on lead handling customer communication documentation and follow-ups to help the sales team convert opportunities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads and customer inquiries

  • Coordinate with field sales executives and account managers for meetings and closures

  • Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Assist in preparing quotations proposals and basic sales documentation

  • Track order status and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution

  • Support the sales team with daily reports data updates and coordination tasks

  • Ensure smooth communication between sales operations and accounts teams

  • Follow defined sales processes and timelines consistently



Requirements

  • The candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales sales coordination or a sales support role.
  • The role requires comfort in handling customer communication through calls emails and follow-ups while coordinating closely with field sales and internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction and internal coordination.
  • The candidate should be organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems MS Excel and sales documentation is required for maintaining accurate sales records.
  • A proactive mindset professional attitude and the ability to follow defined sales processes and timelines are important for success in this role.
