Summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and requirements
  

• Design configure and implement Zoho-based solutions
  

• Develop and optimize workflows automation and Deluge scripts
  

• Customize Zoho applications including CRM Creator Books and related products
  

• Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation and deployment projects
  

• Handle API integrations and third-party system connectivity
  

• Support pre-sales activities including demos solution design and proposals
  

• Lead or collaborate with technical sales and project teams
  

• Ensure data migration accuracy testing and quality assurance
  

• Maintain proper documentation of solutions workflows and configurations
  

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  

• Support ongoing system optimization upgrades and improvements
