Requirements :
- 3 - 6 years experience in end to end recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- Hands on experience using Naukri Linkedin & other job boards
Role Summary
- Own the entire recruitment lifecyclefrom talent sourcing candidate engagement to offer release ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates .
- Partner with hiring managers senior leaders and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract seek assess and hire the best talent
