Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Talent Associate with strong experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sourcing technical screening and managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple IT requirements simultaneously. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of technical roles across various IT domains.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction -
Source high-quality IT candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media networking and referrals.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent.
2. Technical Screening & Evaluation -
Conduct initial HR screening and technical screening interviews.

Assess candidates on technical competencies project experience and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
3. End-to-End Recruitment -
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously with strict adherence to timelines.

Ensure proper documentation and ATS updates throughout the hiring process.
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management -
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.

1 3 years of IT recruitment experience (Consultancy/IT Staffing preferred).

Strong understanding of IT technologies (Full Stack Backend Frontend DevOps Cloud Data AI/ML etc.).

Experience in technical screening and evaluating technical skill sets.

Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using ATS and recruitment tools will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills -
Experience hiring for niche or emerging technologies.
