Key Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search social display and programmatic platforms
- Manage budgets bidding strategies and audience targeting
- Create test and optimize ad creatives copies and landing pages
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CPC CPA ROAS and conversions
- Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns
- Coordinate with content design and analytics teams
- Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 15 years of experience in paid media performance marketing or digital advertising roles
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and attribution tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively
- Strong communication and optimization skills
