Job Description:

1. Core Responsibilities
Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram YouTube Facebook LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Craft content that makes people stop scrolling from sharp captions and carousels to videos reels articles and infographics.

Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns end-to-end from idea to rollout.
Collaborate with influencers and creators to build campaigns that feel organic
exciting and trend-led.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand tone visual identity and messaging stays consistent everywhere.
Balance creativity with deadlines because great ideas deserve great execution.
2. Secondary Responsibilities
Stay ahead of trends pop culture and moment marketing so were always part of the conversation.
Track daily and weekly performance to understand whats working whats not and what can be better.
Support wider on ground marketing initiatives with social-first thinking.
Suggest new formats platforms and storytelling approaches to expand reach and engagement.
Contribute to PR and brand storytelling efforts as part of a larger marketing vision.
