Job Summary
In this position you will
- Share insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement in global mobility operations.
- Manage end-to-end global mobility processes for international assignments including assignment agreement management immigration compliance and individual income tax compliance and stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with the company guidelines and regulations related to individual income tax social security and immigration.
- Act as a liaison between HR payroll finance department and external providers ensuring accurate and timely execution of mobility processes.
- Serve as a Global Mobility business partner collaborating with business units to forecast mobility needs and support implementation.
- Manage Indian outbound and inbound assignment management including short-term assignments and individual income tax processes.
- Monitor regional compliance changes and implement improvements in global mobility instructions.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to enhance reporting identify trends and optimize processes.
