- Coordinate with internal technical and supply teams to ensure timely project execution
- Ensure timely order closure project delivery and payment collections
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence

- Maintain accurate project pipeline reports and update CRM systems regularly
Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales preferably in construction chemicals tile adhesives waterproofingflooringepoxy grouts.
- Proven understanding of project sales cycles and site-based selling methodologies
- Strong network with builders contractors and project decision-makers in Sambalpur
- Excellent communication negotiation and technical selling skills
