- We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to join our high- performing Sales & BD team.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcareparticularly within health & wellness diabetes management or condition management and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients expanding existing relationships and closing large-scale deals.
- This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking relationship building and execution skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
Responsibility:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and unit targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Identify develop and convert leads into long-term partnerships with corporates hospitals insurers and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers CXOs and stakeholders in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals showcasing value proposition and ROI for clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting solutioning negotiations and deal closures.
- Drive large deal closures with strategic accounts and institutional partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product operations clinical) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Continuously analyze market trends competitors and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events forums and conferences to enhance visibility and networking.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Life Sciences or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-6 years of proven experience in healthcare business development with strong exposure to diabetes management digital health or condition management solutions.
- Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment with a high level of ownership.
- Strong network in healthcare ecosystem (corporates payers providers pharma wellness companies) is highly desirable.
