Job Summary
Sharks Restaurant & Billiards has been Shawnees go-to spot forfood drinks and fun since 2006. With a 14000 sq. ft. venue featuring billiards darts arcade games golf simulators projection screens and a full-service kitchen Sharks is where hospitality meets entertainment.
Were looking for Bartenders who can bring the energy craft memorable drinks and keep the good times rolling.
What Youll Do
Greet guests take drink orders and serve with speed accuracy and personality.
Mix garnish and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
Engage with guests create a welcoming atmosphere and keep the bar lively.
Handle cash and card transactions through the POS system.
Maintain bar cleanliness stock levels and proper presentation.
Follow all state liquor laws and responsible serving practices.
Support the FOH team during peak hours and special events.
What Were Looking For
1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced high-volume bar preferred.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Knowledge of cocktails beer and wine (willing to train the right candidate).
Outgoing energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
Must be 21 and able to work nights weekends and holidays.
